Using TCM principles for promoting balance, the AcuFacial employs body acupuncture, Facial Acupressure Massage and Facial Acupuncture (when suitable) to bring restorative balance and rejuvenation. Stimulating acupuncture points on the face, neck, and scalp via acupressure massage and/or facial acupuncture promotes qi and blood circulation for the repair of fine lines, and enhancement of muscle tone. Acupressure massage promotes lymphatic drainage and importantly calms the Heart-Mind through intentional acupressure touch for relieving anxiety, stress and sleep disorders.

Sydney integrates Acupuncture with complementary TCM therapies such as tuina, gua sha, cupping, and TCM lifestyle recommendations including diet and movement therapy, to help restore harmony and vitality. From pain relief to sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, jaw tightness and mental health, TCM and Acupuncture provide guidance for restoring balance and broadening capacity for healing in order to better cope and thrive in a contemporary world that is often challenging. Beyond the above, and inspired by their own Second Spring, Sydney is interested in re-wilding ideas around peri-menopause and menopause by addressing symptom management and root support for healing and finding balance during transitional stages of life.
